The Accelerators
Twelve weeks on one topic, with six to ten owners working the same problem at the same time, a call every fortnight, and Karl on every one of them.
An Accelerator isn't a course you work through alone
An Accelerator runs for twelve weeks around a single topic: Scale, Step Back, or Sell. The group stays small on purpose, six to ten owners, so everyone’s business gets airtime and nobody hides for three months. Calls happen every two weeks as standard. In the first two or three weeks, when the group is finding its shape and momentum matters most, weekly calls are available too.
What they're buying is six other owners on the same call, who are all wrestling with similar problems.
The Accelerators
The Scale Accelerator
For owners in growth mode who need to build revenue, team, and capacity without the business becoming any more dependent on them than it already is.
The Step Back Accelerator
For owners whose business slows down the moment they step away. Built for the ones still doing too much of the day to day themselves.
The Sell Accelerator
For owners planning to exit in the next one to five years. The highest-stakes group of the three, and usually the closest to a Business Review conversation.
Who are the Accelerators for
The Accelerators are for two kinds of owner.
How It Works
The structure stays light on purpose. A group programme only works if people actually turn up, so the format has to fit around a business rather than compete with it.
12 weeks, one topic
Each Accelerator covers a single focus area in full. No switching topics halfway through.
6 to 10 owners
Small enough that every member gets time on their business.
Fortnightly calls
The standard rhythm for the full 12 weeks, with weekly calls in weeks one to three.
